Sleep

So I have slept 3 hours a day 5 days a week for the past 3 weeks. I have slept between 6-12 hours each day on saturday and sunday.
Even after those sleep sessions i still feel something is not right. Like i lost something.
I have been eating 1-2 meals a day...
The other day i was running up some stairs and my left knee collapsed a little. Felt like i strained some ligaments.
I am falling apart here...
Did i just cut 5 years off of my life?

Why are you doing all that? Of course you're falling apart.

Not a smoker.
I am a college student with 19 credits.
Professors have stacked up projects and assignments. That's is the only way I can keep up and maintain a decent GPA.
It wouldn't be possible without pharms. I am on provigil and thats the only way i can keep going.
I asked some of my classmates about my appearance if i looked tired all the time. They tell me i always look tired. Even if i sleep 12 hours i look tired.
Does it take a month or two of good rest to get my appearance back?

Take care of yourself man.
Eat more often at least.

My funds are very depleted right now. That is why i have had to cut back on meals.
I am going to try my best this winter break to gather an enormous amount of revenue.

bro, some respect to your temple > body you bet something is missing, you should get at least 8 hours of sleep a day. i've been reading some book about sleep from scientific point of view where they scanned brain and body activity during sleep... dont remember much about it but every 1,5 hour there is crucial brain activity responsible for regenerating your organism. anyway each 1,5 hour later the activity is slightly different which suggest something else is being regenerated and knowing that brother your missing on a huge part of recharge of your batteries....sleeping on sat or sun helps but i don't really think you can catch the 15 hours of sleep you are missing during the week just on sat and sun. when you still need to get your regular 8 hours. sooner or later your gonna run out of your batteries.

Yeah sleeping like that is going to have a very bad effect on your mind and body. During your time off for winter break you need to make a conscious effort to get at LEAST 6 hours of quality sleep every night. That doesn't mean having your eyes closed for 6 hours that means 6 hours of restful uninterrupted sleep. If you do that for a few weeks things will fall back into place and you will feel much better.
