SORRY ABOUT THE BAD PICTURES
Habitat: Found growing under a bush in a bunch of multch near the coast.
Gills: light brown
Stem: White on the outside, very fibrous and light brown on the inside, looks lamost like wood on the inside
Cap: light brown in the young shrooms the older mushrooms are more pale and the cap is more wavy in the older versions
Spore print: Dark brown/black maybe?
Bruising: Both the stems and the gills bruise Blue or Blue-ish green
Location: Picked in Northern California.

definatly looks like a carmel cap woodlover i dont have a positive id for you but something along the lines of a cyan,cyanfrisco.
idk tho it looks like you might have some other species that arnt staining in the backround be careful.........really shitty pics sorry

WOW.. that was a fast reply.. All of them are staining blue-ish green. The older ones don't seem to stain as dark, though and seem to stain more toward the very ends of the cap and on the stems. What is a cyan?

psilocybe cyanescens, is a pretty potent lil mushroom and so are its cousens but DO NOT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, im sure someone will positively id them for you

No purple in the spore print? While these do look like P. cyans the spore print should purple black. Can't get a better picture? Brown spore print could suggest Galerina. Galerina spore print is "rusty" brown. You DO NOT want to eat Galerina, as your painful death would probaly make your mother cry. Make sure the brusing is really tinged blue/green and not just black.
