LOL... I just edited and may have come up with way to do grains via the ghetto sterilization tek 
edit... or some big assed qt sized cakes

Doesn?t a lag of air circulation slow down the incubation?

I personaly have found that to be an overrated theory. I mean mush myc does not mind higher levels of c02 build up , unlike birthed items that are in fruiting stages. Once in awhile I get a few stubborn ones who require some venting\breathing.But I have stopped that inversion of jars and such. I dunno could just be my weird assed perspective.

From my experience the air exchange is better with a foil only lid as opposed to the metal lid with holes.

Mmmm this is my first grow and I use metal lids with holes, maybe next time I will use foil and see what happens
