Tunnels

Well. I have more contams I started with about 50 jars and now I have about 10. They are at least 60 days old and 100% colonized.
In my last monotub I got gnats and I was thinking that was because I left my tub outside.
Well now I see this...

it looks like tunnels through the myc. I saw things looking closely at it that looked VERY VERY similar to the gnat eggs. My other jars that got this ended up turning bluish and I thought that was because how old they were but now Im wondering if the gnats are in there some how from the syringe? Was I sabotaged?
also... many of my jars started turning blue and I thought it was bruising. The ones I took out of the incubator (box) molded fast. The rest are still slightly blue. Its hard to get a good picture through glass espically since its such a light blueing.
I was counnting on these jars for a g2g in a few days.
I busted up all the grains earlier and noticed a few of the jars had suds after I shook them up. Almost like soap.

any info is appreciated

Well it has been a few weeks and all the jars that had the tunnels in them I set aside. I looked at them this morning and I noticed small white specs around the tops of the jars where there was no myc. Well after looking at it for a few mins trying to focus on the small objects, I saw one was crawling.
Now I know 100% that my last monotub failing due to a gnat infestation was the result of the jars (WBS) and NOT the poo. This is very interesting to me because...
1) The poo was outside 2) The poo was pasteurized 3) The WBS was rinsed, soaked 24 hrs, rinsed 4) The WBS was PCed 2hr at 15psi
When I made my last monotub I got a small cobweb contam and put the tub outside for some fresh air. There was gnats outside in the fresh cut grass but nothing to worry about I figured because I had done this before. After bringing the tub back in and incubating it again, I noticed a bad smell and little white specs on the sides of the tub.
How and why do you suppose that the gnats got inside the SEALED jars? Im glad that I found this out instead of throwing the jars out because its interesting to know that the tunnels were infact because of a bug infestation.
I am also glad that I didnt do what I originally planned to do with these last few remaining jars which was a g2g transfer. I also asumed that if there was an alien species feeding/living off of the myc that it would stop growing, or contam rather then fully colonize then break down.

Wow. How strange. I'd love to know what stage of the process they were introduced. There's no way they lived through 15psi for 2 hrs.

Heh, bacterial endospores are what you attempt to kill by soaking grain in water to germinate the endospores before pressure cooking the grain, because the endospores are tolerant to pressure cooking while they are dormant, but after they've germinated they are vulnerable to the heat produced during pressure cooking. Without soaking, you are likely to get bacterial contamination.
