i dont know much about kentucky, they probably have a few mushrooms that grow there. but to dry a mushroom place it in an unused drawer, and leave it there for a day or two. when you come back it should be dry. eat them, well i just eat them stairght and then drink something afterwards to get the taste out of my mouth. i usually brush my teeth afterwards if its real nasty.
