I have also found a much more healthy view of the world and the beauty of its creatures (especially mushrooms, ironically enough lol). I feel almost as good as I did before I fell into that world, despite feeling about 7-8 months ago that I had completely destroyed myself and my mind.
That's good to hear man. I'm trying to find a cool girl too that has similar views, so far unsuccessful but I'm sexy so I'm hopeful lol. I'm taking it one day at a time. Thank's for showing me the light at the end of the tunnel guys. Is she reading this(not that it matters)?

Haven't done so for about 8 months actually for undisclosed reasons. Completely sober currently except the occasional trip. Scared to trip again though cause of the horrible state of mind I'm in kinda guarantees a bad trip whatever that means.

yeah she is reading this over my shoulder every once and a while... saying Awwww! lol. I am glad to be able to help someone in such a situation that I felt so very alone in when it happened to me. and it is good to know that you stopped smoking because that is one reason why such feelings can be perpetuated because THC is not far from a psychedelic in its effects on the brain so one can stop doing shrooms because they feel like crap but they keep smoking so they never stop feeling their negative feelings. as cheezy as it sounds try to find and stick to some of the "natural highs" in life like I stated earlier, try lifting weights or something like that, adrenaline is a hell of a drug too, lol

I used to go to the gym and run daily. Then I got flustered with school and work and just stopped going:( It's so easy to get out of the habit, and restarting it is even harder. I'm gonna try and get back into that habit again soon hopefully It'll give me a better chance with the ladies too!

Ya it sure helps. I myself have started to fall out of the habit but at the same time I have replaced it with some more mentally invigorating hobbies (though I still have to do some crunches and push-ups once in a while) I have kind of turned in to a computer nerd lol. such as the computers I was talking about, and always some kind of vid. game going. Resident Evil 4 is always a good one. Are you into computer gaming or are you just a casual gamer type

I pretty much grew up on games. I thought I wanted to be a video game designer but I don't know if that's what makes me happy anymore. However change does and will happen and ya never know. Ya resident evil 4 is amazing BTW I feel alot better now to

Alright guys, I just got done with my final and am confident I did pretty well which is good. I'm trying to stay positive which is hard but I'm feeling better than I was yesterday. I'm also probably going to take mescaline sometime soon(first time). Probably by myself in nature and try to connect with God and realize how unimportant all my problems are in the grand scheme of things. Most people say mescal is very gentle(compared to other psychs) and dreamlike which is cool cause I don't want another anxiety-ridden trip anytime in the near future or at least until I better myself. What do you guys think? PeaCe

just say NO! I dont believe that, i dont have to believe anything. Over and over when those negative thought loops arise...say no over and over and over again and smile. Eventually the idea that is still pinching you closer to despair, surfaces. When it does GRAB it, HOld it, caress it.
Then use it to create a new reality. See it here, then make there, here.
Move inwards when you feel despair do not externalize the problem? It heals me.

It is no different than a computer, you need to make sure its anti-virus program is in check and that it doesnt have a script that limits your experience, because of to much precaution. And remember the computer does not appear to respond to words of anger and frustration - just give it input, in the form of new meanings that you know to be true and its messages to you and the limits it lays out for you, will change. Guilt is an outcome of believing you are the cause of the problems. Yet, we are not a cause to something, we see is negative or bad - Unless you believe your intentions are directed towards a bad outcome....

I'm feeling really grounded right now. I think the reason for this is because I just went out shopping and got some vitamin C along with my groceries. I took 2000 mg Vitamin C(alot eh), 100 mg 5-htp, Vitamin B supplement which contains 50 mg thiamin, 50 mg riboflavin, 30 mg niacinamide, 50 mg vitamin b-6, 450 mcg folate, 1000 mcg b-12, 1000 mcg d-biotin, 250 mg panothenic acid, 300 mg choline bitartrate, 150 mg inositol, 30 mg PABA. Anyways I'm thinking I may have not been getting enough Vitamin C or the vit C helps the other supplements get absorbed better.

Yea I think my diet was lacking in certain vitamins and minerals. Maybe that's why, who knows though. We'll see, I'll keep ya updated. It might be placebo though but w/e.
