You're probably just realizing why we constantly tell people to toss out projects with mold to save your place for future grows. If you've ever allowed a moldy substrate to remain in your house, there's the answer.
Oh, and glen, bleach doesn't kill mold. RR

My jars always colonies fine 100% normally a 100% success rate. I spawn them and they appear to colonies the substrate fine. I case and they seem to grow on the casing fine.
I put them in the green house with the zippers left unzip and everything appears to be good.
Then after 7-10 days I get pins, then mold.
one tray is doing fine for some reason and growing big shrooms so far.
But the others just do not seem to be up to speed....

Looks like a pretty good set up, not sure what the mold could be. Is there a dead moose rotting in your greenhouse or something?

So RR I am gonna be trying straw logs next since there is no casing layer, since it seems to be just the casings that contam most the time.
I thought that staw logs phed with the lime would be the way to go. Since it colonises in the bag and things at 100% colonisation have a barrier to contams like with the pf cakes I was thinking.
So what can I do to clean my moldy work area.
I tried bleach water spraying everything in there but look what happened so it obviously was not enough.

After you are done with your grow, wipe everything down with a fungicide (mold is a fungus). Then wash everything down with bleach water to insure you've cleaned up the fungicide.
