You may of ordered more than he had in stock or he might of got multiple orders of the same product in at the same time. Shoot him an email or pm hell get back to youand tell what's going on. I let him know in advance what I'm ordering when I'll be ordering so I don't have any problems, but my orders are kind of big. 10 of this 10 of that

We are both in the same boat. I too put in my order a week ago, and have yet to hear back from them. I've got my fingers crossed that everything is ok over at mycopath and they were just on vacation or something.

I feel your pain. i originally ordered on the 20th of november, but my card did not work for some reason and resubmitted an order on the 26th. and it still hasn't been shipped out. i opted for 3 day shipping too which you think would kind of hint i wanted my order soon!

I understand. I cope by reminding myself that when a supplier of goods is always bought out of one item or another, it is sometimes an indication of excellent quality.

that is correct. and if you really are taking over a week to process an order maybe you should get more people on your staff, he never told me that anything I ordered was out of stock, he just said that my order was still being processed. Hopefully I will get it by the end of next week, jesus.

I ordered awhile ago from Graham, and it did take awhile...I even emailed him and told him of my frustration with the delay. He told me he understood if I wanted to go elsewhere...and I truly intended to do so. What I discovered in utilizing his poo/straw mix is that it is PHENOMENAL. Biggest yield ever...and high quality. I am going back, but just planning things out a bit further...his product is worth the wait.

Graham, when do you anticipate being open to more orders for the poo/straw mix?  Or as a returning customer do I get any benefit or inside service?     (wishful thinking ensues)  Oh..and by the way.....Graham was not referring to MY credit for the record...LOL.

I also just want to post on this thread that the problem was my debit card and nothing else! The products and prices are phenominal on mycopath and recommend the website to any amatuer mycologist. I have gotten some straw and hpoo from mushymart which came in great packaging but since I already have a seal-a-meal vaccum sealer for my MJ i just will be using the heat sealer to do bags that i will get from mycopath. SOrry for the trouble cryo, it was totally my fault and takes nothing away for mycopath. going to place a order right now and treat myself something for the holiday season.

Hey-- I 100% vouch for the integrity of this guy's operation-- he's a class act-- if there's a delay, he's got good reason.

I'm sure the sniping in this thread has re-inspired him to be a bit more prompt in letting customers know where his order process stands if it's behind, but at the end of the day, Graham's a great guy, with GREAT products, and great business.

PS-- I'll be placing another small order soon-- (late) MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Graham,

Do you have any manure substrate bags that act as a complete kit? For eg. http://sporeworks.com/store/catalog/Five-Pound-Manure-Based-Signature-Substrate-Bag-Kits-by-Cultivat-p-16359.html

also, do you have many Canadian customers?

Thanks

I do have some Canadian customers. I have shipped manure substrates to them.

I do not have any bags like the ones at sporeworks.com (great guys/great site).

I should have some compost available next month though.

I never got a single PM from you. From my knowledge I have replied to all of my e-mails.

what terms did i not follow? i never sent you a pm because the site said you have been idle for over a day and a half and i figured you, being a business man, had more important things to do than regularly check a forum as much as your email. i emailed you twice before and both times you assured they would be out shortly afterward but you never answered my last email expressing my discern on the 29th after it had been 3 weeks and you never got back to me after i called and left a message on your answering service several days later either. today i recieved email notification from the usps that my order had finally been shipped after Dec. 10th to Jan. 7th, 3 days short of a month.

i guess i say thanks now for sending it out finally, but really man.. come on..
