 Does anybody remember Purple microdot or disco blotter from around 1980?

1983 is the last time I took LSD and I am still thinking about the experiences 27 years later. I am glad to see that it is still around. I see on the blotter strength report that the disco blotters were around 90 mic's. there were two kinds, a black and a yellow. I believe the yellow was twice as strong. Those weren't anywhere near "hippie" doses but were quite strong and made a lasting impression. Keep up the LSD posts. I cant believe prices are still around $5.00 despite all the great risk involved. I would have guessed it to cost $50.00 by now. Does anybody remember the purple microdots? or blue microdots from 1980-1983? any ideas on strength?

Wasnt even born in 1983 so I cant really answer your question....
but last time I checked 2008-1983=25, not 35

I used Window Pane back then. I've heard of the dots, but never tried them.

Thanks for all the responses.The "disco" blotter had an album on it. I also tried an orange pill that looked like a baby aspirin, it was very good and very smooth. Can anybody recommend any good books?

The purple microdots must have been good and plentiful. I was only ten years old in 1980 yet I remember hearing lots of talk about it in my rural small town school. A lot more talk than I have about any acid since even until now.

How could I not forget it! I must say that I had the unexpected joy and terror of tripping on purple microdot back in 1979/80.
A troll, as I call him, dropped it into a can of ginger ale I was drinking. It was something I will never forget, and I have had to learn to do allot of things all over again. By the way, that troll was never charged with the crime of dropping the acid in my ginger ale and not telling me what was going on. I only found out a few years later by a person who told me the troll admitted to it to him. I'm so glad I finally found out what really caused the experience I went through.
It was very, very amazing and quite terrorizing all within a period of time that seemed to last for about three months. Mainly due to the very vivid after shocks or flashbacks. Which eventually subsided years later.
It will take more space than I have here to write about my experiences, but I will add all that soon.
It took along time to get over it so to speak. To this day I remember it but in a different view than actually living in it as I did for quite a while.
I don't recommend taking it. But if you insist make sure you have a safety net to fall back on when the ride gets rough. You should also be in a very comfortable safe environment and have people you really truly trust to be with you and they should be able to be available to you for a few days after as well.
Make sure all your bills are paid off and don't leave any loose ends where you have pissed off anyone. Again, I don't recommend it.
I'll post my good and bad experiences soon.
