Largely ripped off with my cuttings! What should I do with them?

Just to warn you guys, look out for this place called the plant planet. I've heard complaints about their mix ups with Peru's (giving you inactive look a likes) and my pedro's arrived.
Sure they were a little more than 5 inches a piece, but they are thin as fuck! On average about 1 inch in diameter. And I have 10 of them. About 2 pounds wet altogether. What should I do with them all?
I'm thinking about just planting them so it wouldn't be a total loss, and in a couple years maybe things will start to come around.
But then I'm thinking about taking a few anyway to try it out. How many would I need to get a good thing going? I know it's about 1 foot for a medium trip, but that's like 2 or 3 inches in diameter right?

>plant planet
is fine, everyone makes mistakes now and again though.
They dont plan on people eating the stuff, they sell to people so they can grow em.
I say grow em out.

Well if I wanted to eat just a couple, how many would I need? Would I have to double the length since they are thin?

Well, I just ingested a pound and an ounce of fresh cactus. Don't worry, I knocked it down a little by drying it overnight.
Didn't have to time to cook it or anything so I just blended it and took it down. It wasn't THAAAAT bad.
Now I'm going to go hiking in the woods with some black jazz (Sun Ra).

At least you can grow them man, renewable supply every year, if you wait like two years. That is pretty awsome. How come American sites wont send cacti to Canada, they are legal here...I suppose seeds are the only way to get them. Are there Canadian vendors? I am sorry if I can not ask a question like that, delete it if you must, but I figured it may be allowed since they are legal. Thanks y'all!
