Height: 5'9 Weight: 140 Chest: 36' Waist: 32' Bicep: 12'- Need to work on that. Shoe: 10.5
Ive been much bigger in the chest, biceps and weight especially back in high school, but that was two years ago. I weighed about 155 and was pushing close to 200lbs on a bench press. I should start working out but im too lazy. Oh well. With small size comes great speed. I can run a 4.4-4.5 forty and I used to be able to dunk a ten foot goal, probably not anymore though.

it's subjective, and i really won't try to be persuasive about it. i just think it's strange when people share measurements about their body, and that's just me.

Height - 5'11" Weight - 215-220 lbs Waist - 38 Belly - Bought and paid for with fine ales and lagers!
But don't let my size fool ya. I surf, hike/backpack, ride my bike, even jog on occasions when the mood strikes. People always underestimate my stamina when they look at me. I'm not particularly strong or swift, but I'll outlast most people I go up against.

I've heard good things about the Max-OT program and I hear from the Army guys that it works very well. Anyways, what are your measurements? Feel free to post any relevant information or even good workout plans.

It a weight lifting program. I just registered to the website (http://www.ast-ss.com/max-ot/max-ot_intro.asp) and it tells you exactly what exercises you need to do as part of a twelve week program for building muscle mass. For example, week 1: Monday-Leg (squats, leg press, stiff leg deadlifts, standing machine calf raises, 45 degree leg press calf raises ex), Tuesday-Arms and Abs (it lists the exercises but I'm too lazy to type them all out, just register if you want to), Wednesday-Shoulders/Traps, Thursday-Back, Friday- Chest, Sat and Sunday off. It elaborates on how to do all the exercises for, also. Great website.

Ban? I'll definitely be sure to report this post. See you in a week. Are you really unable to do better than fag?

I think you need a xanax blunt break. And you can't think of anything better than fag? Can you at least be more creative than a forth grader?
