This a very good lesson in using ESP... 'extra sensory PROJECTION' techniques
this is something I've always had a 'knack' for, reading this definetly helped me refine my techniques.
this shit works... If you choose to use it, be careful with it.
Some of you have probably noticed this kind of thing happens a lot on certain psychedelics, they seem to make it extremely simple... Especialy mushrooms...

I read a lot of that.
It appears to me to be suggestion (hypnosis) and NLP mixed with a load of mumbojumbo about how it is actually thought waves.
One example the author gives is of suggesting to the person that they will fall into your arms and then using thought waves to pull them back.
From personal experiments I will say that the thought waves are useless and it is the suggestion alone that causes the phenomena.

though waves are useless, if they do not include any intention to change the frequency of the wave.
-------------------- The mind is a creative tool. It searches to protect you, through message sensations(feelings). It is no different than a computer, you need to make sure its anti-virus program is in check and that it doesnt have a script that limits your experience, because of to much precaution. And remember the computer does not appear to respond to words of anger and frustration - just give it input, in the form of new meanings that you know to be true and its messages to you and the limits it lays out for you, will change. Guilt is an outcome of believing you are the cause of the problems. Yet, we are not a cause to something, we see is negative or bad - Unless you believe your intentions are directed towards a bad outcome....

yeah... I thought the same thing about the hynosois part, I wasn't a big fan of that chapter
most of the techniques I've tried in this document, or the techniques I was already using before I read this document work, and rather well I might add... Thought waves or not... doesn't matter to me HOW it works as long as it does.

I disagree, the methods here won't lead to any progress.
You will be able to do little more than the mundane stuff they have in this book.
If you understand the mechanisms and methods then you realise the true potential of hypnosis and suggestion.
Read a book called 'Sleight of mind'.

I guess we'll have to agree to disagree on this as I have seen pretty impressive results from this... but I'll have to check out that book you mentioned, sounds intruiging

If you have any methods that I should try then I'm always open to re-evaluate my opinions.
Its just that suggestion has been effective but it uses words not mind power.
All the things in that book I read were classic suggestion which they told you to do along with the mind power yet when one tries suggestion alone it still works but if one tries mind power alone - no results.
If theres anything I should try to that could change this opinion, let me know!
