I have here strain PESA, BRF cakes mixed with horse poo. All is UNCASED. Humidity: 99% Temp 70-75F. I fan it about 3-6 times a day... so I know it's getting plenty of fresh air.
Once I made the casing, I let it colonize for about a week.... took the covers off kicked on some lighting... it's been about another week so far... I'm not going to case unless I really really have to, and if I have to, I will.
I don't know what to do here... I haven't grown anything more than a year, so I am very rusty. I got some pictures here cuz pictures are worth a thousand words. Thanks for the help!!<p>

You havn't cased? That substrate is not ready to fruit, at least how it wants. Should not even try to induce fruiting stage until 95-100% colonization at the least. You have uncolonized substrate that will contaminate before you get any fruit.
I would let that colonize, back in the dark, until its ready. Co2 buildup helps promote growth during incubation. I would add a caseing also, it will help.

oh yea... damn I forgot to let it colonize more...
thing these casing are taking a long time to colonize....it's been like 2+ weeks already... is there anyway to speed it up. For incubating temps, I want like 80F correct? I already have perlite in the TiT, is that going to effect it at all?
Thanks for your help and saving my grow!!

Sorry missed that it wasn't cased. The perlite should hurt anything and bring the temp. Up to much may do more harm with poo, the myc. Eating cause internal heat and raise the temp. I incubate my poo bags at 74. When I've gone higher its slowed things down. Imo I'd just cover the pan wait a week and case. Then reintroduce fruiting conditions. To speed things up next time throw the mix in filter bag so you mix it while colonizing then break up put in tray, case, and in 3-5 days it should be ready to be put into fruiting conditions.
