How do'ya guys mellow out without drugs whenever you feel agitated/stressed?

You have no blunt or any kind of recreational drug around, what do'ya do then?.
Some ppl smoke cigs. I have a habit of just walking around and keeping myself occupied. Games are absolutely amazing for taking your mind away from stress, simple multiplayer games are best imo.
Throw me your ideas/suggestions..

right now i'm so stressed out i feel like the walls are closing in around me yoga definitely helps mindfulness meditation helps... simple following the breath, observing everything that arises, not judging, not being identified with any thought, sensation, or tension that comes to the fore of consciousness the bottom line though is you have to shift your consciousness radically if you want to eliminate stress by realizing that you are whole now and awakening from the dream of being trapped in time and thoughts the dream

As a teen when I was depressed, b4 drugs.. I'd hop on the net and read about London and Amsterdam and New York and all the places I would like to live in the future... look at pics, read histroy, read about the music that came from these places... It motivated me to bust my ass and spend my time occupying my mind with work so I could afford to move to these places.

I like to take hot baths, listen to records, dance alone in my living room, do yoga, play drums, drink tea...

to be honest, the best way to mellow out for me is to stare at the sky, sleep and read. Between those 3 things, I could probably get over the apocalypse. as long as i didn't have to read the bible.

baths, staring at the sky/sea/general nature, just lazing with the gf in any scenario, nibbling at some food.
but when it seems like the earth is gonna shatter, a lonely silent spliff outside brings me back to baseline. Sounds sad that i don't have something else in the worst of situations except for drugs, but everything else is just distracting you from what is stressing you or agitating you. weed doesn't solve the problem, but you become accepting that that's just the way it is, and it loses it's intensity when you have accepted it.

go for a run through nature. when you get back youll be too exhausted to feel angry or depressed, and running releases endorphins...."Runner's High" is real. you just gotta find the right set and setting.

i write my stress out. it's easier to accept the insignifigance of your problems when you're reading them back to yourself. getting comfortable helps. i also take walks. if the weather is bad, that seems to help ease my mind (maybe because i'm voluntarily dealing with it). manual labor. sitting still and staring never seems to help, but i do it all the time.
