Pressure Cooker Question

Well I am in the process of my first grow using BRF cakes and from reading on the site I am planning on upgrading to a pressure cooker to expand my cultivation techniques. I have been looking around and I am not sure what size I should buy. What would be the best size pressure cooker?

I just got my AA 921 PC, it has a 19 pint or 7 quart jar capacity which is more than enough space to get things going for the average home cultivator.

The 921 Can sterilize ten quarts of grain. Three go on top laying on their sides. RR

I actually do not think I will need one that is that big. What would be a slightly smaller PC that is a good choice? I am looking to be able to Sterilize 5 Quart jars at a time. I have been looking at the 15.5 QT cookers. Does anyone have one of these and can share the capacity?

Specs on the 15.5QT All American pressure cooker are: Model: 915 Size: 15 1/2 Quart Overall Height: 12 1/4 Inches Inside Diameter: 12 1/4 Inches Canning: 10 Pint Jars or 7 Quart Jars Liquid Capacity: 15 1/2 Quarts Item Weight: 15 pounds. Featuring the Exclusive Metal to Metal Seal. (No rubber gaskets to mess with.) Includes 1 Canning Rack.
Seeing that this is shorter than my 921 I doubt you could turn any quart jars on their side, they'll probably need to be right-side up to fill it's capacity of 7QT jars.
