If you're talking about the black on the big ass one... those are spores because it has opened up so far. Pick that shit before it makes an even bigger mess... but yea.. just spores as far as i can see
You would normally want to pick them before that happens so you dont end up having to clean your FC. I let the veil break and the cap open flat if im looking to do a spore print or just a bit less if i get impatient and want to harvest a few at the same time.

i dont have a scale yet, gotta get some money first.
What happens if you leave all the spore dust in the FC? im gonna start a new batch tomorrow with some bigger pint jars, im most likely going to clean the FC and put new perlite down and stuff. How long do you use the same FC setup?

nothing will really happen.. it just doesn't look nice.. when i looked around on the site, some people were saying that spore covered perlite may not provide the same level of humidity but im not so sure on that. if you wanna clean it up.. just scoop up the area where the spores fell then patch it with some fresh stuff.. otherwise just leave it

Looks like you have perlite with air flow from below. The upward moving air picks up some of the spores that fall from the cap and swirls them around so they land on top. This is helped by the upturned cap margin of a mushroom that is way past its prime for picking. If you pick before the veil breaks you will not have spore spooge everywhere.
