Ouch!

I shanked my finger a little while ago and bled like a gutted pig.
I suspect it will start to throb later. And I have a deep splinter in my other finger. Should I cut my finger to get it out?
My hands are all jacked up

What the heck did you do?
Soak your hand in warm water for 30 minutes then use a thin needle (like a sewing needle) to gently pry out the splinter. If you do it properly, there shouldn't be any blood involved.
Bonus if you add anti-bacterial soap to the warm water before soaking!

I was trying to cut electrical tape from my microphone and my hand slipped. Smooth
and I got the splinter from helping my girl make a trebuchet for her physics class

yah unless the splinter has been in there a long time you probably need to get the thing out. Depending on the severity of your other cut you should probably consider medical treatment... You might need stitches or something.

super glue works
Though if you have the regular stuff, it burns... but it works. They have medical grade super glue.. that hospitals use instead of stitches for small cuts. Same shit it just doesnt burn

We are actually separated at the moment, because I needed a job that wasn't minimum wage. I am living in Birmingham and they are in south Alabama(about 4 hours away). It sucks, but we needed money something serious, so I sucked it up and moved. Something's got to give, though. I'm starting to really miss them.

Yeah, me too. Danksis and I are still on great terms, though. I don't know, but we're going to have to figure something out, because this shit is stupid.
Anyway, the splinter...just use some tweezers and a needle to pick at your finger. It shouldn't be too hard to get out, unless it's in there really deep.
