for drying them put them in a showbox, with napkins on the inner bottom part, and put a fan blowing directly in them for 24 hours...
or more if they still look fresh

What part of missouri are your from? I'm in southwest missouri. I havn't had any luck so far. If you find anything good let me know and post a picture. I found a few mushrooms the other day growing out of some hay bails. The had white stems brownish gray caps and black gills. I'm going to try to get a picture in the morning. later
