if your routine does not inculude deadlifts, squats, bent forward rows, dips, and chins - its probably shit.

I don't push a whole lot of weight because i can't afford to eat the way i need to in order to "build" the muscle. It takes a meal every 2-3 hours, and i just can't do that.

So i stick with what keeps me tone, pushups, curls, a jog or 2 every now and then, and some sit-ups.

When i can afford to eat the way i need to, i'll get serious.

I'm really making progress here!  My trainer said I'm really doing great at this, and he can see I've lost at least 15 lbs in 3 weeks.  I feel lighter, tighter, more active, and really horney :lol:  Seriously guys, if you're not running at least a few miles a day, give it a shot.  I've also incorporated the raw Cage-Free eggs into my diet after my workouts, but I have yet to feel the results. 

It feels good to be able to run up a flight of stairs without even breaking a sweat.  For once in pretty long while I'm really proud of myself! :heart:
