Ok this is pretty much my first grow... I tried a few B+ cakes a month ago that didn't do much so I'm giving it a go with a different strain.
This is a multi spore Brazilian to Milo grain. 2 pints per tray spawned to 50/50 horse poo / Coir, then straight to fruit. Tray on the left went in to FC five days before the other one.
I'm using a Ultra Sonic on full blast running 24/7 They were grown in incubator at 85F so I have them at 77-80F in FC with around 99% RH After these are done I'm going to do the same thing but I'm going to case to see the difference in size and pin set. I will update pics as they get bigger and finish.

That looks like an excellent beginning for a first grow to me! You should be proud!

Doesn't it get ridiculously wet in there? How do you get rid of the excess water?
On another note, I've had tremendous success without casing. I'd like to see how yours turns out. Keep us posted.

Technically, from what I understand its the best sign of an active mushroom.
And not blue from bruising, but from stock, correct?

Quick question... If I was to clone the two siamese twin looking mushrooms in last pic, would they all turn out like that?
O Yea by the by this was a really small one that was ready to be picked when I awoke this morning. (first one picked) I thought it was cool looking...

Allow me to ask you to look at the Advanced board for an answer to your post. There is a mathematical equation as the answer to your question. You'd have to clone and use spores, clone and use spores a few times until the genetics settle down. You'd have to use a selective process a couple of times before you'd get consistent results. Go Advanced, perhaps you're ready Neo...

I think you should Martha or Mini greenhouse it if you have space. If you have space and know your case you may as well expand you knowledge in your chamber. I swear you can do it.

what are your temps???
and you mentioned that your getting puddles from the ultra. are those puddles forming right on top of the bulk that you have to randomly pour off? because in one of your pics it looks like the hose is going directly onto the bulk..
