So, this first picture here you can see the underside of the cap. And just above the spot that is missing gills you can see a white mass. That same 'white' was covering the gills that were where the bald spot is now.
These white spots were on a few of the fruits. What measures should I take with this?

Now this picture is of a different fruit that came from a different patch that was a little too old to keep. Can you see the tan mass at the top of this cap? The other fruits with the 'white' were pristine! They were of a perfect age. But this fruit was nasty.

Is my entire cache finished? Or am I in the clear?
These are cyans by the way.

just do what people do with cheese, and just cut the mold off. A tiny bit i'snt anything to worry about. Just put desiccants in the bag with the mushrooms you want dry, and they'll do their job. No mold growth after that.
