Bleach won't leave a residue once it has dried up.

Bleach is less harmful to mycelium than h202.
I know RR uses it to clean up tissies samples for cloning to agar.
Cleaning your FC out with bleach is fine, i know of people who clean perlite with bleach (which i have done without any problems, just make sure you rinse it plenty, it will smell of bleach for a day but it goes away)
Im not saying that bleach wont give the myc some kind of shock, it shouldnt be that much of a deal.
Usually its a good idea to rinse well.
Usuually its only nessary to wash out with soapy water. this should wash away most spores.
I have washed my fruiting chamber out a few times just to be safe and have had no problems

household bleach is usually ~5% solution of sodium hypochlorite, so if you let it evaporate, you will have that salt left behind as a solid. it will easily wash away, but it will definitely be there.

but in a 1:10 dilution that's about 0.5% so it's negligible, i wouldn't worry about it
