Same old shit, where's the FAQ?

I don't often frequent the cult forum due to the high traffic and mountain of noob question posts. I realize the need for a place where noobs can ask questions, I just don't have the time to read the forum due to the high volume and low signal to noise ratio.
I read the same noob questions over and over again. Often the same question is asked several times on the same page of threads. Any interesting thread is quickly buried under a mountain of uninteresting posts with non-descriptive subject headings.
So my question is where is the FAQ that should be stickied to the top of this forum? It could solve 80% of the traffic in this forum!
The "useful links" sticky is not really all that helpful. It just takes you to a page of random links that don't really address most of the noob questions.
We need a FAQ sticky that in one screenfull addresses the most commonly asked questions with clear and concise answers. The FAQ should be based on the actual noob questions with easy answers that keep getting asked several times a day and the subject line should indicate that reading it before posting is mandatory. Any questions asked that are answered in the FAQ should immediately be responded to with "RTF" and a link, then should be locked or allowed to die naturally without everyone chiming in and repeatedly bumping it.
I don't mean for this to be a bitch post, but rather a constructive suggestion and offer of help.
Some of the most common and most easily answered questions seem to be:
How much light do I need? What schedule for the lighting? How do I dry them? How long until I see pins? How long does it take to colonize? What are the optimal temps? What is the optimal humidity?
I'm sure we can add another 5-10 EXTREMELY common questions, with answers, and still have it fit on one or two convenient screen fulls. This would prevent repetitive asking of the same questions over and over. It would also prevent people getting wrong information, which happens more than it should.
Since I don't want this to be a bitch post let's compile the most common questions that have been hammered to death and have simple answers and make the FAQ in this thread.
I realize that there are plenty of FAQs scattered around, but let's make this one based on the actual noob questions that get asked in this forum, with the most common question being #1 in the list and so on.

Its a nice idea, but all of that can easily be answered by using the search, or looking at the strain thread for strain info.
There will always still be noobs asking those same questions.
The most annoying is when they post "did i fuck up?" as the tittle, then explain there procedures. blah blah blah

I might as well add a poll to see if anyone really cares about increasing the signal to noise ratio of this forum...

Ok, so just so I understand... I need to click on the "useful links" thread which takes me to a page of 9 links, then I click on the "Please READ before posting any Questions! Plus useful links" link which takes me to a page of text with 21 links, then I click on "Shroomery Cultivation FAQ" which takes me to a page with 16 different links..........
At this point I have several shroomery browser windows open, with the top one being a page of 16 links to different FAQs and guides.... I guess I'm supposed to navigate from there and find the answers to the questions I have...
Anyways, I'm still looking for *the* FAQ, which the acronym suggests will answer all of the most frequently asked questions in one convenient and easy to find document.

I read all of those, plus most of the rest of the site before my first post.
And the last link takes you to that huge FAQ which is full of info for every kind of grow setup

People like you are few and far between. I can't say I really blame people who don't though, we just haven't made it easy enough for them.

Too many people get decoyed by the other 15 links I think.
I think there is also room for a document that stays true to the FAQ acronym and isn't a multi-level monstrosity of links to various documents that different people have created.
Just to make it clear, I love the shroomery and I'm not trying to belittle all of the hard work, time, and effort that has created the current system, I just think that there is always room for improvement.

One good one to put in the FAQ, "What happens when I inoculate a jar with two strains?" Variations on this are rampant, and there are so many conflicting responses, I am no longer sure of the right answer is.
