Sterilizing

I have compost from homestead in a blue bag. How do I sterilize this in my pressure cooker? Can i just put it in a container and cover with allumnium foil and then p/c?I was thinking of doing roadkills horse poo teck but with homestead's compost. I dont have any thermometer just a p/c so I cant steep it like it says. The instructions from homestead say to p/c it but not how to. How many minutes dod you think?. Thanks

My understanding is that you want to pasturize poo rather than sterilize. Pasturizing allows good bacteria to live......
