Perhaps Lepiota cristata or something very similar.
Leucocoprinus, a relative genus of mushrooms, are often found fruiting in flower pots. Namely, L. birnbaumii.

They don't look anything like, nor fit the description of any species in the genus Armillaria.

most likely, you have good conditions for the fungus to fruit, which is why these two species have come up within a few days of each other.
Regardless of whether or not anyone you know has seen it, fungus often vegetates in potted plants, rarely fruiting since indoor conditions are not usually ideal for them to fruit.
It's like if you were to inoculate a jar of grain, then spawn that to another substrate without ever inducing fruiting. You would have a bunch of mycelium living until the food source ran out, without ever seeing actual mushrooms.

It does appear that way in the photo, however, if you look at the side view of the same mushrooms, you can see that it is actually the veil around the stipe.

By strangest of coincidences, the pot right next to it popped up a few mushrooms of its own, but different species.
It looks like there are some pins in that pot. Some of it just might be perlite though.
