OSU is a good time. Lots of parties every weekend with lots of sexy bitches floating around. You know anyone that goes here?

I'm really into where I am living right now. I live in a town on the outskirts of Toronto. 20 minute drive to get to the core of the city, and in the opposite direction there are farmers markets, forests, lakes and trails. It's really the best of both worlds.
I would like to try new things tho. I tend to move around quite a bit...but I always end up coming back to this area. I would like to live in Newfoundland for the east coast experience...I would like to live downtown TO for a little while, maybe Montreal and learn me some good french.

No, all the people around here either stay in Cincinnati or leave Ohio altogether.
Where's the best party spots, bars and clubs and all that lovely shit? Inquiring minds want to know.

there are tons of bars around here. tons of house parties. I mean it is one of the biggest party schools in the country. You could honestly walk into random parties and get drunk because there will be 100+ people pouring out onto the yard and you fit right in.

RandalFlagg said: And I don't mean some pie-in-the-sky unrealistic stuff like "my own island in the Caribbean" or something. I'm looking for realistic desires on where you want to live; whether you already live there or you want to move there. And please tell me why you like living there or why you want to live there.
My city is slowly dying and it probably isn't going to recover. There isn't much of a future here but I could live a bland, comfortable, and cheap life. I could buy a nice house out in the suburbs for $125,000 and sit around watching TV.
I fantasize about moving somewhere far away sometimes. But, I have great fears on leaving my family and friends. What if I was super-lonely and didn't meet anybody? What if I got homesick?
I live in New York (Queens) now, so I am pretty good. But I am getting tired of how commercial and absolutely isolating it is (you dont know your neighbors, you dont know the guy behind the counter in the local shops, no more organic stores, unless you want to pay triple prices for "good" food) Since all of my family lives in NY - the probability of me moving is low, plus I own a home here, so I dont think Im going to give that up. BUT if the opportunity arises to move to Boston, or Montreal, I would seriously consider it. Boston is beautiful big town, but less dirty than NYC. Montreal because it is as European as you can get w/o living in Europe. OoD

I live in Seattle now and love it but where I'd really like to live is SE Alaska, maybe Juneau, Ketchikan, Sitka, or Haines. I love the maritime climate and snow just an hour's drive into the mountains.

New Zealand, i don't care where in New Zealand (although preferably somewhere on the North Island) as long as it's New Zealand. it's just a beautiful country. i'd ideally like to have a small amount of land with sheeps and goats and maybe even a pig, not to mention dogs and cats. i've wanted to live there since i was 6 and saw a picture of some place in New Zealand (forget where exactly, it's been a long time). but that picture was burned into my mind and i decided then that that was where i wanted to be.
i'll make it happen one of these days.
