MOE: Perhaps there could be a bar under the persons username... perhaps with the value of 5. When there person gets warned the value decreased and the bar shrinks...

This way, the both user and mod can clearly see the users warning level... When it gets to 1, there is one more warnining untill the user is banned. May I recomend banning for a one week period for first time offenders? At the point of restoration for the banned user, the user gets 2 more bars (meaning 2 more warnings before he is banned again) Anyway, I also believe that the bars should be restored for good behavior... say, for every 100 posts where there isn't a warning, the user gets one bar restored (if he has any bars empty)
These are just some ideas I wanted to throw out into the open... now that they are...

Or it could always work backwards, instead of counting down, they count up... When you reach 5 bars your banned... Personally I preffer the otherway around.
AND OF COURSE AS THE SUGGESTOR OF THIS METHOD, I'M OPTING OUT OF THE PROBABILITY TO GET BANNED FOR WARNINGS

We could call this the user's "Life Force," and we could also have "Healers" that could repair a user's life force after a battle, but healing would cost so many gold ducats, which a user could obtain by selling their armor or broadsword...
I would also like to see a "Wizard" occupation for some users. A Wizard would have the ability to cast certain types of spells, like the "Cloak of Invisibility" spell, which would make some threads temporarily invisible to Mods and Admins!

sounds good. it would also including level ratings, gained resistance, lower levels etc.
There would be an elite otd, where only high level monters could stay pretty. For others, ther would be that thunderdome, so nobody would care much.
