    #7712770 - 12/03/07 08:33 PM (16 years, 1 month ago)

watcha think??? i habitually fan them often. probably 5 times a day. ..do i need to do this??? the edge of the container is about 1" higher than the casing layer, so id imagine c02 builds up...

The whole idea behind the PMP is that you're constantly pushing in fresh air so the CO2 gets diluted and pushed out through the holes you have in the top. As long as the total air exchange rate is decent, it shouldn't matter.
A PMP is meant to be totally self contained.

Although my question is, if the top is only 1 inch higher than the casing, how are you expecting them to fruit?

Ah, okay! a little less dire! Still seems to be cutting it a bit close, but not much you can do about it I suppose.
