sounds like a recipe for contamination.
just scrape the spore print into a sterile jar, using a sterile scraper, then seal it. get a 10cc syringe ready full of sterile water, then (quickly and preferably in a glove box) squirt the water into the sterile jar with the spores in it, then seal it back up. swish the water around so as to pick up as many spores as possible, then take a fresh, empty sterile syringe, open the lid, then suck the spore solution up, and store the syringe.
although the easiest way is just to call up a vendor and get a spore syringe that's guaranteed sterile. I recommend sporeworks.

I don't think contamination is really the issue here. The only problem here is that the spores may not have enough water to rehydrate the spores fully? but I am pretty sure it would work you just wouldn't get the most out of your spore print.
I am not 100% sure though.

when was the last time you got a contamination while making a spore syringe? if the jar is sterile and the syringe is sterile while should it be any contamination?

use a sammich bag, they are sterile form the factory. Boil a syringe full of water, let it cool, scrape some not a whole print into a corner of the baggie, stick the syringe in there, squirt a few drops out, suck the water back up. Now you do not have to worry if you cleaned the jar good enough

This is a variation of the method I use. Works great.
Just PC your jar with water inside and your needle and syringe (or use a new one), use a clean spore print, and you're in business.
Scrape your print into the sterilized water, suck it up, and inoculate.

Thats not alot of water, enough to do 2 jars if you are carefull with inoculating.
I hope you dont plan on using a whole spore print for just 1cc of water

Will not find a syringe in tn locally unless you come by my house..lol Try this.. Good luck fellow Tennessean!
JCLE
Misunderstood your post, sorry. Looking for blank syringes you could try looking for medical supply stores(don't worry about them thinking your a mainliner, you're looking for large gauge needles). I would just order blanks from a vendor if it were me. Hope this helps you!.. Good luck

What?
I was talking about the spores rehydrating because alot of people have tried putting spores on a pf cake. In that case the spores cannot rehydrate. and people end up with getting no results.
Of course contamination is an issue but not so much. This could be done in a sood sterile glove box and in that case contamination shouldn't be a problem

A whole spore print wouldnt need more then 1cc to fully rehydrate, probably closer to 1/4cc
