I just had cheese ravioli with pesto sauce, grated parmesan cheese, and more than a small dash of Sriracha.

thats some great hot sauce. i can literally put that on anything that isn't sweet. however, you cant beat sriracha on good old vietnemese pho (soup).

Man, I put that in almost everything that I cook. It has a great flavor! All garlicy. That same company makes a chili paste that I could just about eat by itself if it wasn't so spicy.

I dunno. I lived in LA for 3 years and had a tough time finding any Pho places.
That's because they're all in Westminster, over by Huntington Beach. There's an area there called LITTLE SAIGON... feels like you're driving through asia. There are tons of 24-7 Pho places and some have internet access. It's fuckin awesome. 3am and a craving for some Pho... BAM!!! NW Orange county baby.
