nice! let her be on it for a full cycle of pills before you start having unprotected sex with her, after that you should be safe.
i'm on the pill myself, and that's what my doc told me, a month. but, i wasn't even sexually active at the time so it didn't matter. i just went on them to regulate my menstrual cycles initially.
