Found a cluster of these and just checking if they're any good...

HABITAT: Found in in mulch growing along-side other plants
GILLS: Brown to dark in colour, they curve to the outside of the cap
STEM: Parallel lines along side, quite brittle and hollow, app 4.5cm (1.7 inches) long, white/cream colour turning to brown as it nears the cap
CAP: Brown ring near the edges, contrasted to the rest of the cap which is creamy in colour, smooth in texture with 'pits' that are brown
SPORE COLOUR: Black
BRUISING: Shade of black/dark blue
LOCATION: Australia, NSW
Any help is appreciated.

What exactly do you mean by 'mulch'? was it more woodchips and woody debris or manure and grass clippings?
And what do you mean by 'cluster'? were they literally in close groups jostling for space or more spread out?
It looks like Panaeolus, not sure what type. I hope they're Pan subbs, i know they're listed as existing in NSW but i haven't seen any ID requests for them before.
Can you take a habitat shot?

Yeh I'll try and get a shot of the place, but it was manure, like in a proper garden, not wilderness. And yes they were were very close together, like the stems were side by side.

Yes that mushroom in your photos is Panaeolus subbalteatus, which I have heard is now named Panaeolus cinctulus..
For identification purposes it always helps to show more than just one specimen of what you find.

Just to be sure thou, here is a picture of the place; which since yesterday has grown new ones. I guess they would Panaeolus Subbalteatus as well then.

Thanks for the pic...
Pan subbs being as rare as they are in NSW i still wouldn't rule out an inactive Panaeolus like Pan papilionaceus. If you try them and they are subbs though good find
