Questions about Growing Sclerotia

Hey, This is my first post and I wanted to thank the community for helping me to have a quite successful pf-tek and an awesome new hobby. Special props to RogerRabbit for his youtube videos.
Anyway I have searched the message boards for information on growing sclerotia (philosopher's stones) and have a few questions.
First, most of posts reference Una's Rye Grass Seed tek from mushmush.nl. However, I can't seem to find this tek in full (found someone else's summary), every link I try from searching is broken. So if anyone has a link to this tek or a better tek for producing sclerotia it would be much appreciated.
Right now my plan is to buy some rye mycobags designed for sclerotia production from mycofactory.com and a mexicana-A syringe from sporeworks. Will it work to simply buy the bags and inject them with spores from sporeworks and wait four months? Or would I have much better success using a liquid culture tek with the spores and then injecting the mycobags?
Also, I've never done a liquid culture tek and currently only have access to a very small pressure cooker, so what tek would you guys recommend?
Concurrently with this project, I plan to run another pf-tek with some B+ spores I recently purchased. Since I will already be making cakes I am also planning on making a few BRF cakes with the mexicana-A. I don't know how but i've heard there are ways to make liquid culture from colonized pf-cakes. I also wanted to know if it was possible to fruit mexicana for spores from the basic pf-tek and if not, given this setup what would be the simplest way to make this grow project self sustaining.
Appreciate the help --Dish

get the ps atlatis(sp) Injecting into rye bags should be fine. I think rye grass seed is better but the rye berries should work. I think sclerotia likes acidic substrates this is why rye is better then birdseed. Get everything you need through sporeworks.com
-------------------- Stop experimenting half way through your first grow. Grow it to maturity, watch it, learn from it. Do this a few times then experiment with different ideas and figure out what works best for you.

Why ps atlantis? I did a search and came out with mixed results as far as what works best for sclerotia formation. Should I go with mexicana, tampenesis, or atlantis?
