So I guess my unhealthy habbits are finally catching up with me. Heres a little background info to start out with. Since the age of 14 ive have pretty much only eaten junk food. Not here and there but every day. My mom works and im an only child so it was easy to just pick something up to eat. I also got very little to none exercise with the exception of walking about 2 miles home work school during 11th grade. My sleep habbits are also fucked up with me staying up really late. I probably slept every day in school but managed to pass with a',b's,and c's. I was actually a pretty decent student when I look back on my highschool career. Now im 18 and the problems are starting to settle in. My train of thought has completely derailed. I cant focus on one thought before it just goes away and im left blankheaded. This makes it hard to pay attention. Im also pretty unmotivated. And im pretty depressed but in a strange way. Some times i will be on top of the world and them BAM!, i get depressed as fuck. It even gets bad enough to where im like holy shit, im pretty worthless, i should just probably end my life, but deep down inside i know that i would never come to that. And it also doesnt help that i overdid it on my first time shroom season, tripping some where around 35 to 45 times in a two month period, which i know was very fucking stupind on my part. Now it comes to the few questions that I have.
(1) Have I done irreversible damage to my brain from my unhealthy lifestyle? Could my brain have developed abnormally due lack of nutrients?
(2) I know starting to eat right will be good for me, but will it reverse these effects?
Thats really the only two questions I can think of right now, but ill probably have some more when they pop up in my head.
(just some more info) I went to the doctor recently to have some blood work done. The results came in saying I was pretty damn healthy but im having a hard to to believe that. Also I should note that my speech is pretty fucked up too. I barely talk due the fact that nothing really isnt going through my head. And when I do talk I sound really burnt out.
Thats all I can really think of now. Any feedback would be much appreciated.

No one here can tell for sure whether you've done irreversible damage. At least you've identified the problem and know that a change in lifestyle (diet in particular) is needed. I'll bet if you really get on a roll with the healthy eating and exercising you'll start to feel great.
Fish oil has really helped me in the past with focusing/paying attention. I was diagnosed with ADHD and fish oil helped me more than any of the various medications I was given. It's also a good thing to add to a balanced diet.
Meditation is good for a keeping a more even-keel emotionally, too. Might want to look into it, even if it's just sitting quietly doing nothing for 15-20 min. whenever you get a chance. Nothing formal.
-------------------- “Strengthened by contemplation and study, I will not fear my passions like a coward. My body I will give to pleasures, to diversions that I’ve dreamed of, to the most daring erotic desires, to the lustful impulses of my blood, without any fear at all, for whenever I will— and I will have the will, strengthened as I’ll be with contemplation and study— at the crucial moments I’ll recover my spirit as was before: ascetic.”

it takes time and persistence
exercising helps
Here are 10 exercises to try without equipment:
Start with fewer, quality repetitions and build up to three sets of 15 for most exercises.
1. Push-ups Imagine you have a rod through your back and bottom and keep them in alignment. Beginners should start by executing the push-up on their knees and progress to the full push-up (on your toes). Ensure you breathe in on the way down, and breathe out as you push up. As you fatigue you will be tempted to push your bottom in the air. If this is the case, continue the exercise on your knees. The narrower your hands are placed, the more involved your triceps will be.
2. Dips Place the palm of your hands on a secure bench, with your fingers pointing towards your bottom. Your hands should be shoulder width apart. Keep your head and body vertical, and your feet firmly on the floor in front of you so your knees bend over your toes. Proceed to lower yourself slowly by bending your elbows until your upper arms are parallel to the bench and push up.
3. Abdominal exercises a. Crunch (upper abdominals): lie flat on your back and bend your knees. Reach up to your knees with your fingertips. Use your stomach muscles, not your shoulders or your head, to lift yourself off the floor. Remember to breathe out on the way up and in on the way down.
b. Oblique twist (obliques): lie flat on your back and bend your knees. Start by placing your left ankle on your right knee. Aim to bring your right elbow to your left knee by using your stomach muscles to pull yourself up — not your shoulders or your head. Switch sides.
c. Pulses (lower abdominals): lie flat on your back and place your hands under your bottom and raise your feet towards the ceiling. Use your lower abdominals to lift your bottom off your hands and down again. Continue to breathe throughout the exercise and don’t hold your breath.
4. Walking lunges Start the exercise by taking a step forward with one leg. Bend your knees and lower your back knee towards the floor, keeping the front heel down and the knee directly over the centre of the foot. Take a step by pushing upwards through the glute (bottom) muscle of your back leg. Your body should remain upright. Don't lean forward!
5. Hamstring curls Lie flat on your stomach. Slowly bring your heel towards your bottom and return it to the floor again, concentrating on using the hamstring when completing the movement. Switch legs.
6. Standing squats Stand upright with your legs shoulder-width apart. Lower yourself by pretending you are going to sit down in a chair with your weight through your heels. Push through your heels to return to an upright position.
7. Step-ups Step onto a secure bench of an appropriate height. Lead with one leg or alternate.
8. Standing calf raises Stand facing a wall and place your fingertips on the wall and balance on one leg. Raise the heel of the leg you are balancing on off the ground until your foot is fully extended. Slowly lower your heel to the ground. You can also perform calf raises on a step.
9. Plank hold Lie on your stomach. Place your hands flat beside your chest and use your arms to lift yourself into a plank position. Like the push-up, imagine you have a rod down your back and bottom and keep them in alignment. No bottoms in the air! Start with a 15-second hold and build to 60 seconds. Concentrate on using your stomach muscles to hold yourself straight and remember to breathe.
10. Lunge hold Finish the session with this exercise. Start the exercise by taking a step forward with one leg. Bend your knees and lower your back knee towards the floor, keeping the front heel down and the knee directly over the centre of the foot. Tilt your hips forward and hold. Start with a 15-second hold and build to 60 seconds.
follow that rigorously for a few weeks and you have to improve

Nah, dude it's not irreversible. Just stop abusing your body! I promise you that if you eat well on a consistent basis, you will feel better and think more clearly. Riding a bike instead of driving or bussing is also an excellent exercise option, because you don't have to set aside time to go to the gym or something, it is a quick and efficient form of transportation as well as a great workout.
Just make sure to start eating whole foods - lots of leafy green veggies, brown rice or quinoa, organic eggs and meat... Avoid refined foods at all costs! White flour and white sugar are evil. Dairy's not so hot either. A slice of pizza now and again won't kill you, but things like that are special treats, they are not real food.

I'm no doctor but that sounds like manic-depressive/bi-polar kind of stuff.

i would actually recommend a colon cleanse if you've been eating junk consistently for so many years. talk with a doctor if you are unsure about carrying out this detox yourself. most importantly though is that you begin to eat nutrient dense, organic, whole foods. the body is not designed to process refined preserved foods.
check my sticky in this forum for some healthy guidelines.

Go to your grocery store and pick up one of those pre-packed vegetable bundles (I go for broccoli, red and yellow pepper, carrots, baby tomatoes and cucumber) and some dip if you want. Munch on some of those and you'll be amazed at how you'll feel when they are digested. Vegetables are my favorite munchies these days by far (surpassing even fruit and Golden Grahams).
Meditation, stretching/yoga in the mornings, exercise.. you probably already know what you should be doing, lol. Good luck with your new outlook, probably be a bitch at first but stick with it!
