Bug in my WBS... after PCing and inoculation!

Alright so I went to inspect my WBS that is made up earlier this week. Maybe on Monday or Tuesday it was made. I saw a bit of white stuff starting up but then I noticed a little tiny bug jump in there. I couldn't find him again but I swear I saw him. How is this possible? I soaked the WBS for 24 hours, simmered for 30 min, drained then pressure cooked the jar for an hour and a half or so (maybe 1hr 45min) at 12 psi (which is all my PC can do).
How is this guy in there? Will he hurt anything?

There's no way, buddy. No bug lived through what you did to those jars.

Okay maybe it was a trick of the eye or something, because I cannot find the little guy again.
