Dallas Backyard find

Habitat: Found growing out of an old tree stump along a fence-line in the back yard
Gills: white and numorous (see pic)
Stem: Whitish with light orange tint, getting darker toward the bottom, 2cm wide.
Cap: Dark/Bright Orange fading to yellow at the edges
Spore print color: just put it on the paper a few moments ago
Bruising: No color change was observed.
Location: Dallas, TX - it's been in the 50's around here at night for the most part, although it got into the 40's 2 nights ago. In the daytime it has been between 60-70f.
There is a pink lighter in the center of both of the pictures for scale.
Edit: Sorry for the large pics - I can't believe the forum does not have a feature that will automatically size them down for me. At first I tried to attach them as a file, but the jpg extention is not allowed? All flames about how I don't know how to use this forum will be ignored, so if you don't want to try to help, then please just be on your way without a reply.

Try IrfanView. Really small free picture editor, it's what I use to resize all mine to 800x600 before uploading.

It's just like the story of the grasshopper and the octopus. All year long, the grasshopper kept burying acorns for winter, while the octopus mooched off his girlfriend and watched TV. But then the winter came, and the grasshopper died, and the octopus ate all his acorns. Also he got a race car. Is any of this getting through to you?

Guys please be sure you are scrolling to the right some before scrolling down - these are really nice pics, but it might be easy to get the impression that the small, out of focus cap in the top left of each pic is all there is in the pic - it's not. I'm really proud of these macros...
Does anyone want to at least confirm my suspicion that I have found one of the deadliest muchrooms around? (see link below)http://mushroomexpert.com/galerina_marginata.html

Me neither, so I showed him how to post some.
Perhaps the task was too daunting and he left...
