Ayahuasca journey - my strongest yet

I've already taken it, so this might start to lose sensibility after a while.
Prep: 4g syrian rue seeds, 15g mimosa powdered root bark, 1 handful of yerba mate - chopped (need the caffeine boost). Mixed powder with water. Boiled on medium heat with lemon juice (two lemons) for 1 hour. In the mean time, I crushed/ground the rue seeds and boiled in a separate saucepan. Combined and filtered the results then boiled in some yerba mate, filtered again, then down the hatch.
It didn't taste that bad really. Maybe I filtered it better than last time? Anyway, it's been about thirty minutes now, and I'm starting to feel a slight psychedelic push, a kind of whirring sound at the back of my head and subtle disorientation upon moving. It's 10:00pm here in Aus. Will update shortly.

Mimosa root bark? Is that like Cappi?
-------------------- I'm done trying to be "right." I want the exchange of ideas to be the currency of my economy. If you have something I can use, great. I'll try it out. If you think my methods are shit, great. Don't use it. We all want yields.

Caapi is the harmine/harmaline (ie MAOI) containing component of an ayahuasca brew. The mimosa is the DMT containing constituent.
I never got back to the computer last night, for some reason I felt a strong desire to switch off everything electrical. The trip was pretty strong, and would have been thoroughly enjoyable but I was dead tired. I felt a slight nausea the entire trip, and I was unable to throw up to get rid of it.
I'll probably try this dosage again, but in a morning session after a good sleep. The visuals weren't as strong as previous trips, but my mind was definitely more affected. Everything, from the wall paper to the kitchen sink, had a vibrant orange glow (the house I rent has a lot of orange in it) and even the most familiar things were totally alien to me. Walking around the house was downright eerie: every time I passed into a new room I'd momentarily forget where I came from and where I was going.
Profound thoughts seemed to come effortlessly, but with a distinct emotional detachment. I could analyze my negative aspects without any discomfort. When I tried to halt and redirect my thought patterns my discomfort rose steeply though, and the emotional pain took on a physical reality by increasing the nausea. It also felt emotionally and physically painful to get caught in looping thought patterns.
The main push came in two waves. The first part of the wave was wired with energy and rapid fire introspection that eventually got to me. Thoughts came fast and strong and I got pretty anxious for it to stop. It was only when I stopped resisting the thoughts and let them flow that I found release. The drug shifted gears and I felt an enormous inner peace. I think I dozed off at that stage, and woke to find myself tripping harder than before. This second wave followed much the same route and I was feeling pretty good by the end. The whole trip didn't last that long. I was back at baseline within maybe six hours (time was hard to guage and I'd turned off all my electricals).
In all, I think tripping at the last minute, after a long work week, dead tired and desperate for release, wasn't the best idea, but it wasn't the worst either. It was a good experience, and I'm glad I did it.
