I'm in some serious pain. What can I do?

-I can no longer feel, and can barely use my hands. -Mood swings. Usually anger. -Upper back hurts like it needs to be cracked. -Stomach hurts. -Ball in pit of stomach. -Constipation -Hard time focusing. -Forgetting a lot. -Sometimes my vision will completely blur -Dizzy/losing balance -Extremely irritable -Nausea
It's not as bas as it was an hour ago, but it's still there. So far I'm going to take a week off of lifting, my lifting stack, and cardio and just use my time to rest. I would go to the doctor if I thought they'd help and not just jack up my insurance. These are most likely symptoms of my celiac disease anyway. So a doctor would be able to help even less than usual.
I'd also smoke some weed, but my guy hasn't come through yet. Is there anything that can actually help? The old pain pills (tylenol, advil, aspirin, whatever) never have helped in the past.

advil and the like never really worked for me in their suggested doses. I know its bad to do this, but i usually take 4 advil at a time, that usually has enough of an effect to help the pain. I've been in it consistently recently due to lifting and the like.
it sucks

Is your lifestyle the least bit healthy? Taking pills will only cover up the symptoms...
Sounds a lot like IBS... revamp your diet and consider a colon cleanse

I'm extremely healthy. My symptoms are not IBS. Laxatives, and colon cleanses barely work for me. It's celiac.

it sounds to me like it's from stress and an instant-gratification lifestyle
you need to slow down and seriously try to breathe
pain meds aren't gonna help you now.. taking a break from lifting is a very good idea

I did stop eating gluten. It's just that it can take up to 6 months to recover. And the school cafeteria could be secretly cross contaminating all the gluten free foods.
What do you mean by instant grat life style? What does that have to do with anything?

Taking time off lifting sounds like it's probably a good idea. I've really taken a toll on my body in the past by overdoing it at the gym.
In my experience anger is just your ego's way of hiding sadness, tying some natural emotion that needs to be released into a knot so it doesn't have to deal with it...
Maybe you could try lying on your back, tensing up every muscle from toes to head and then releasing the tension in the same direction. Then lie in that relaxed position and breathe deeply for awhile, from the abdomen. I dunno, it works for me to help to deal with back pain and other types of pain, including emotional.

My body I will give to pleasures, to diversions that I’ve dreamed of, to the most daring erotic desires, to the lustful impulses of my blood, without any fear at all, for whenever I will— and I will have the will, strengthened as I’ll be with contemplation and study— at the crucial moments I’ll recover my spirit as was before: ascetic.”
