So this is some of the Pans Phillipines that I have been waiting for... I took this pic this morning and they have already bulked up almost 2 times the size... Sorry for the fuzzy pic, it was taken with my phone through the walls of my chamber

And these were the small pins of Cubes I was worried about... I upped the humidity and temp and we are back on track... A little small, but not fully ripe either.. This pic was also taken this morning, they are still bulking...

I've got 4 strains of cube and the one of pan... Exciting times Thanks everyone You all rawk!

Congradulations. If you're already having success with Pans, you shouldn't have any trouble doing well with this hobby.
Pretty good pinset on the Cubensis, too. +5

The pans were a little tricky, I really didn't know what to look for until they showed me Almost the exact opposite of culting cubes... Keep em dry.. That's what I'm going with anyways cuz this way worked and trying to fruit em in cube conditions before screwed me Thanks to anyone on this board who helped me out with this one... I really do appreciate it..
I'll post pics of the mature ones when they are grown. PR, TLY, MAZ, CAM, and the PANs... I think I've got some lookers eh??
Should be some colorful, insightful studies going on in the near future.
Stay tuned... P.S. Any input on capturing spores of these guys would be appreciated, unless they are pretty much the same in that respect....?

If you study other mushrooms youll understand generally you can collect a spore print from any species in the same manner. The classic cap on card or paper blah blah works with ALMOST ALL kinds of mushrooms. There are some really awesome unique types out there that would probably be a bit trickier when it comes to keeping the prints grounded but none that would interest the "psilocyber" hehe.

I've just been catchin the cap in a ziploc (sterile) and lettin them drop in the bag and shooting my sterile water in there and suckin them up. I've never printed a print without sucking it up right away. Is it better to let them breathe a little while dropping? Is it better to dehydrate your spores? I've never tried any other way..

The way your doing is fine. If your taking a print and want to store it, then using a little descicent to dry it is fine then store in a ziplock bag.
As far as i know theres not really any need to rehydrate the spores. U can make up a syringe from a print and use right away.
It is a good idea to let humidity escape while its droping spores, as the humidity can cause the spores to stick to the mushroom, plus the cap can easily rot if it cant dry out naturaly.
