Drying h/poo in the cold..?

No luck searching for an answer so heres my question.
How leeched is leeched enough(h/poo)?
Idealistically I wish I could have perfectly leeched h/poo, but being that its pretty frickin cold here now it's becoming some what of a nuisance attemping to dry it out with out making a large enough dehydrator (which I feel I will end up making). Understanding that seasoned h/poo will probably be higher in nitrogen which is what im after. So how dry is dry enough when referring to fresh h/poo dried out of the course of three weeks with a large shop fan and a large space heater combo in a cold garage? Spread over a tarp approx. 2 sq yards.

Are you just using straight Hpoo or are you composting it?

Can you spread it on a tarp outside? Even if it's below freezing, the moisture will sublimate out of it. You want aged, not just dry. The sun and wind will help. Most important, you want all the ammonia smell gone. RR

Yeah thats what I was figuring RR. Its interesting to know though that if it weren't so damn windy here I could put it outside in the freezing and it would still dry out (sublimate) hadn't heard that word in a long time forgot what it meant. Thank You much!
