Soaking Straw

Does any know the proper ratios for Soaking Straw in Lime and Bleach before pasteurizing?
I am planning on making some straw logs pretty soon and since all of the original TEKs on Mycotopia are no longer there, I can't find the proper soak ratios. If I remember correctly from when I did them a year or two ago it was something along the lines of 4:1 Bleach to Lime.
If someone could please help me out, Im coming up empty on the search function. RR you out there? I know you know
Thanks everyone, have a good one

Don’t recall a combination method.
Hydrated Lime : 0.5 to 1.0%. 2-4 lbs per 50 gallons water depending on pH of water. 9.5 final pH is target. Soak overnight and drain. Inoculate. Oysters tolerate the final high pH of the straw.
Bleach : 3-4 cups per 50 gal. Soak 4-12 hours. Drain and inoculate.
Per Stamets.

I soak in warm soapy water for two hours, and then transfer the straw to water that is kept at 140F to 160F for 60 to 90 minutes, and then it is removed and drained/cooled, and spawned.
I use one cup of hydrated lime for each ten to fifteen gallons of pasteurization water. I don't add lime or bleach to the pre-soak, and don't use bleach at all in the pasteurization.
There's a short sample clip of my procedure on youtube and also on my website. It should be enough to give you the basic idea. RR
