Yeah, that would be the one.
Agrocybe aegerita
I guess being an Italian name Pioppino would be singular
and Pioppini would be the plural
That sort of thing usually gets dropped when it's used in english.
cappucino... although ... gelato , gelati

maybe FreeSporePrints (Fabio) could verify the grammar? :smile:

Pioppini with the double p, fettuccine with double c, cappuccino with double p and c, ..and yes Pioppini is plural, Pioppino is singular.
