My Temps were too low?

So I've got these trays almost completely fully of tiny pins in my GH. Thinking something is terribly wrong... I've been panicking. I decided that it was too cold in my room about 65 in the GH! These things are already well on their miniature way... My question now is,
Now that I raised the temps to 75/76 will the tiny ones grow larger?
Will the later flushes redeem the first disappointment??
I'm hopeful but I am going to start a new batch just in case... Thanks for any help. Damn these climate changes!!

I think life adapts to new conditions and so if that was the reason for their size, they should now grow according to new environmental parameters.

If they're very small, it's due to poor water content. Cool weather grown mushrooms are often as large or larger, and much more dense. The downside is they grow slower at 65F. RR

Where do you think I might have fallen short?
I lined the bottom with perlite and water and have the humidity up now, but it seemed that they all are pinning from the top of the casing, not from underneath like I'm used to.
I'm lost and saddened
Is there any remedy?

They aren't bulbing up at the caps yet. No veil formation yet, but the biggest one is less than an inch tall at the moment...

I'm more of a newbie, but from what I've read, I would have to agree with RR (the master mycologist) and say that your RH is probably low. What are your avg RH levels? Where are they measured? You mentioned you were using a GH, what kind? Is it actually just a fruiting chamber? Normally GH's are humidified with ultrasonic/cool mist humidifiers (along with wet perlite in unused shelves as suggested by RR). Are you only using perlite in the GH? That may not be enough, depending on your size of GH, amount of water, amount of perlite, etc.
Raising the temps will definitely make them grow faster, but not 'bigger' as which you are concerned about. I would recommend you make sure your RH is 90%-95% if you're using a GH with casings. If it's already that high, perhaps you're just not used to them growing slower at the lower temps....give them time and see if they don't start to 'mature' a little more.
Best of luck!
Edit: You mentioned that they are only growing from the top of the 'casing'. If it's a true casing, it should only be able to grow from the top as that's the only place they can go. Are you using cakes instead? Perhaps I've mis-understood you?

It's a four tier that is only got 3 shelves worth of trays on it.
Trays are 10X13x6" and are stuffed 3.5" with poo.
I've got a kaz cool mist pumping through 2 hoses in the top and this morning, I decided to get some perlite and use it in the bottom...
Humidity is now up to 95%, I'm not sure what it was at before the perlite....
I'm just hoping that the next flush will be bigger with the niced conditions...
I had the cool mist pumping 24/7 now I just have it on for an hour, off for 1/2

No cakes, just cased horse poo... Casing is about 1/5 inch deep.
I'm just going to give them time and harvest and see what comes next, if it does the same thing, it's back to square one...

If humidity isnt high enough, the mushrooms will dry out faster than the mycelium can pump water into the shroom.
If your substrate is lacking moisture this can cause small mushrooms too.
I fruit at around 65F takes an extra 4-5 days for them to fruit, but they grow fine and have had some pretty big fruits.

Do you think it was my rye or my poo??
And if that is the case... All my flushes should look the same if not smaller??

I don't think it is my poo... I've now got pins on the sides of the tray, side pinning that look normal.
If it is my poo, is there anyway to save it?
