That one where you open a door a bit and put a plastic cup full of water on top of the door part and then when they come in the room it falls on their head? Everybody knows it but it's still really funny to see, nobody ever really expects it either.

This is my favorite, I pull it on my buddies every now and then.
Buy a really, really hot pepper, break it in half, when your buddie leaves his beer/drink un-attended gently squeeze it and wipe it around the rim of the beer/glass. Wait, try not to laugh.
I've come close to falling over a few times watching people's expressions and trying to figure out what the hell is going on.... it's classic.

If their room has a room directly across the hall, or anything solid really....tie a string around their door handle and use a little slip knot or something to make sure it won't come off. Now get the string taught and tie it to the doorhandle across the hall. Leave the house.

We've been scream waking eachother up for the last 5ish years. Wake up before your guests do and sneak real close like to their face. Scream rather loud and wake their ass up.
My buddy got me once real good, made me kinda slap my face when i woke up from a wonderful sleep to a horribly loud noise. The victim will get an inner upset/frightness to their soul from this, thats the best part.

1. take a clear vegatable oil and coat the toilet seat good.
2. replace water from a bottle of water with peroxide.
3. mix a bunch of hot sauce or cayenne pepper in a bottle of ketchup.

i saw another gross one at work..
what they did was put dog shit (we worked at a pet store) under the door handle of this kids car door.. that could be interesting, just put something gooey/sticky/smelly on handles where it cant be seen.
