I dont really know how you would do that. In all honesty, i have trouble doing things that i want to, too. Im addiceted to food, philosophy babble, obssesing about my mental state, i always have a plan then drop it.
It seems like this is just the way it has to be.
You cant really know yourself, unless you are sure to have been who you are not. By been it means actually felt and experiencing that who you are is this. An illusion of who you are ceases to be an illusion when you know it is. In that wau to see through the illusion, you gotta, live the illusion like it isnt an illusion and come out of the illusion and reflect on it being an illusion all along.
When it comes to my minds problems, i really am starting to believe that theres no point of fighting, but no need to be submissive. Its like meh, whats the true point, if either way works against you.
and how bad would it be to believe societal things anyways. It seems like that the way i feel right now, to not fight them but not be submissive.
I figure if i feel like i am forcing myself to be something, im really not liberating myself because forcing freedom on yourself, is treating freedom like something you achieve, whereas, it is only a frame of mind, but if i submitt to my subconcious creations, i fall back asleep and become unaware i am emotionally bound, until one day after enough suffering, i say, what the hell is wrong. After enough worrying, anxiety, fear, responses i will begin to question why.
I guesse the key for me is too do what i want to. Its true that in being right you gotta know what makes you wrong. And when you know your wrong, you gotta be right, about what makes you wrong
-------------------- The mind is a creative tool. It searches to protect you, through message sensations(feelings). It is no different than a computer, you need to make sure its anti-virus program is in check and that it doesnt have a script that limits your experience, because of to much precaution. And remember the computer does not appear to respond to words of anger and frustration - just give it input, in the form of new meanings that you know to be true and its messages to you and the limits it lays out for you, will change. Guilt is an outcome of believing you are the cause of the problems. Yet, we are not a cause to something, we see is negative or bad - Unless you believe your intentions are directed towards a bad outcome....

the more energy, not hard work, the more energy physical mental creative (keep the emotions quiet) put into a goal, knot a plan, a goal, the sooner that goal is realized. zig zag to the finish line though ; )
