Poor man's syringe making tek

I seen a recent thread and thought it might be time I inter duce my method for preparing spore syringes without the use of a glove box (NOTE) There is no substitute for a glovebox, if you have the money, buy the materials for one.
I've used this syringe making tek since I began cultivation and it has proven itself time and time again even in the depths of a drafty mold laden basement where I use to reside.
First you need some basic materials. A can of Lysol or oust, a lighter, 70% alcohol or higher, paper towels, syringe, spore print (with baggy)
First you will need to clean the inside of the syringe, bring a pot of water to a good ten minute boil, suck up the boiling hot water into your syringe, squirt it out and repeat 2-3 times, when you feel good about the inside being sterile suck up some more boiling water cap the syringe and let it cool.
Now get your materials ready (disinfecting your surface area of preparation prior to)

As you can tell from that picture my environment is less then ideal for any mycology at all
(How it works) You know those little baggies most spore prints from the FSR's come in? they're like mini zip locks with a re-seal able seal, well, they are 100% sterile right from the factory as are most of the small baggies.
So here is what I do, first you need to, rinse your hands in alcohol, making sure your finger nails are short so alcohol gets as far under them as possible. Remove the foil print from the bag, unfold it, very car fully tear off any excess foil around the print itself so that it can fit back into the bag, reseal it for the time being.
Next, sterilize your syringe needle with the lighter

wipe it down with a alcohol soaked cloth or paper towel,

quickly open the bag back up and with the now sterile needle tip, simply scrape at the spores on the foil, gently tapping the bag from time to time to get the flakes to fall directly into the baggy.
Now, with your spores sitting at the bottom of the bag use the tip of the needle to quickly and gently remove the foil from the bag, reseal. Now you have a baggy of spore flakes sealed in a 100% sterile environment
The rest is a breeze
Re sterilize your syringe needle, insert back into the baggy and inject your sterile water.

Reseal the bag and gently swoosh the spores and water around until all the spores are blended in
re-sterilize your needle again (yea its alot of sterilizing the needle but it needs be done) stick it back into the baggy and suck up your spore solution.
Done, done and done without the use of a glovebox.
If you have a print on a piece of card stock or wax paper there is no need to unfold the print which is alot easier and safer then having to remove it, when I prepare my prints I flame sterilize the foil and wipe it down with peroxide, front and back, leaving abit of peroxide on the side the cap is placed, the peroxide will evaporate while the spores fall leaving a 100% sterile surface. This method should only be used if you trust your source of print but if they made their prints right this method is just fine.
If you need more then 1 syringe simply squirt 1-2cc's of your other syringe into the baggy and suck it back up before re-filling the primary syringe.
Hope this helps some of the new guys out there. Take care.

this is a almost exact method of what I have done in the past. I am still gonna make a glovebox to do agar though.

They have a sand etching blow up box at most hobby stores. I have used this for 2yrs+ with excellent results. I do everything in there including agar isolations. 20$.
