First time spawning to coir, have questions.

I just mixed 3 grams of powder with 5.8 oz of water in a ball jar. the ratio given with my agar powder was 10 grams to 14.5 oz of water. so i used 3 grams with 5.8 oz of water.
I sat the jar in the pot and let it boil for a little while, it wasn't enough though because it is cold and still liquid, but it is thicker. I was trying to just thtow it in the boiling water that I was boiling for a half a coir brick which I have pictured below. it was a 1.43 lbs brick that I cut in half and added almost a gallon of water too.
Once it was done being steamd and pasturized i brought it from my friends stove to my place in this container that is 14in long 9 inch wide and 10 inches tall.
I birthed a South African cake, the last one I had btw and crumbled it into the bin.
Seeing how the coir the cake was way off, I took two other south african cakes from inside the FC and crumbled that as well. I didn't think it would be any problem at all to take cakes that have been in the FC for two days and them crumble to spawn.
The container is clear on the outside with a opaque blue top, I put it in the dark and a warm place under a bunch of clean clothes
3/4 lb of coir at field capacity mixed with 3 half pint of South African crumbled cakes. mmm mmmm BITCH!!
this is the first time I have soawned to bulk substrate, I am stepping up.
Do you think this will colonize well? How many days do you think it will take to get a good foothold on it? And last, I didn't wash my hands with alcohol before I squeezed out the water to put the coir at field capacity, could this contam it or will the fully colonized crumbled cakes be able to handle it?
i'm so excited, if i have a pound of colonized substrate i understand it is a good estimate to have 1.6oz of dried shrooms.
16oz a pound -90% water = 1.6 dried shroomz!
here are some pics!

I will post pics as they arrive.

i looked at it this morning and it looks good so far. Is it ok for some of the crumbl;ed cake to be on the top layer? I mean the more innouclation points everywhere the better right?

I have this container in the dark in my closet trying to keep it warm so it will speed things up. Once its colonized i have a couple choices
WHAT WILL THE SIZE AND TYPE OF BOX I HAVE BE BEST FOR????
i could... blackout the clear sides and drill holes to polyfil, kinda a monotub thing
or....
i could... just case the top of the fully colonized coir and fruit in there. I don't think I need to make a hole in the top, enough light will get in from the sides.
Or i could only spawn it in this container and then just move to baking trays to fruit.
what is best for the size of this container?

i use that same container as a monotub but i would set up some sort of light barrier around the bottom to reduce side pinning
