Northern California and Tahoe Area!!

I had to go to the hospital for sinus treatment a couple years ago. I recommended THIS to anyone with sinusitus or nasal problems. It's amazing!

You forgot one of the primary rules of creating a forum.

First build the community, then build the forum.

This means start with a few forums until you get enough people and posts to warrant other sections. Otherwise it just appears more empty than it actually is and is very annoying to have to navigate.
