It's only been an hour since you posted, so I wouldn't bump the post just yet.
Also, it's sleepy time in most of the United States. Give it a few hours so that all the experts with spawning techniques can give the forums a good browse.
I don't know shit about spawn, so I can be no help. I've just seen enough people get trashed for bumping their own threads too soon.

yes you can spawn that to more coir and coffee... spawn can be used to make much larger loads without multiple, multi-spore inoculations...
just make sure the new sub is pasteurized properly and crumble up the colonized stuff in a gallon zip lock or something...
a single quart of spawn can be spawned to 3-4qts.. after thats colonized then you spawn it again to 9-12qts... rinse repeat...
fungi life cycle can be long if enough sub is supplied and it is allowed to stretch.. mycelial mats covering acres exist all over the world...
the down side to "re-spawning" is waiting another week or 2 for it to recolonize after each spawning (still shorter than waiting 3-4 weeks for brf cakes to colonize) and of course there is the risk of contamination with each spawning so it has its risks and rewards

this is very possible if you practice STERILE technique, though i've never done it. get a very clean tub or some sort, put all the sterilized substrate in there, add the other stuff, mix it all up, then divide it into your casings or tubs or whatever. cubies will grow on just about anything as long as you are sterile enough.
hope that helps.

don't sterilize bulk spawn sub.... it should only be pasteurized otherwise it will more than likely contaminate... make sure your work area is sterile bleach lysol or what ever you like to use and have the air as still as possible (no central heat and air or fans ect)
