Mycelium taking too long?

I inoculated 11 jars from spores on the 24th of October. They are Panaeolus cyanescens (hawaiian). This is my first mushroom grow. I tried to read everything on here a month prior to even starting my project. I am so hooked on growing mushrooms the few people that know about it think Im nuts.
I tried to do everything right. Kept temperatures in range. Kept it clean, no contamination. Only thing is they are growing slowly. Its now November 26th. Three jars are fully colonized the rest are about 80% to 90%. The substrate I used is vermiculite,BRF,manure. Im I going crazy or is this slow growth?
Can it be that the manure I bought from the store had to much mulch and ground up wood in it?

I've read somewhere here that pan cyan mycelium grows as fast as cubensis but not as dense, is it possible those few jars just are not so dense in mycelial growth?

Well... There are a couple of common things that can slow down your growth.
Factor #1: Did you shake the jars? Shaking a BRF style cake will just compact the substrate and slow colonization. This will also be an issue if you packed your jars too densely. It should be nice and fluffy.
Factor #2: Humidity! If your substrate is too wet it'll colonize slowly or stall. Any standing water is a bad sign. If your substrate is too DRY you'll also have slowed growth.
Factor #3: Air Exchange. If you've covered your jars with aluminum or something then the poor mycellium will run out of oxygen. They need to breath, you only really need a small hole for this covered in tyvek or micropore tape or something breathable.
You said your temps are right on, theses are the only other things I could think of at the moment. Good luck.

Factor #2 - Moisture, not humidity.
I know you didint mean RH but too many nuggets will see that and later on forget exactly what you said and sstart asking stupid questions about do humidity while incubating.

I did not shake the jars at all. The substrate was not packed down. tried to get it as fluffy or airy as I could. I also drilled four 1/2inch holes in the lid. The substrate was a little on the dry side. Used the following recipe: 5 cups vermiculite 3 cups manure 10 tblspns BRF 1.75 cups water
Maybe the recipe needs some more water.I recently put the jars in 99% humidity now the substrate is a little on the wet side.

Im using the skinny tall 1/2 pint jars. I bought twentyfour 1/2 pint short tapered wide mouth jars. I never liked the tall skinny jars. Im gonna throw them out and use the wide mouth instead when they are finished colonizing.
Im still baffled. Either the substrate was too dry or the store bought manure has something in it that the mycelium doesnt like. I'll try adding a little more water next time. If that dont work I'll find a horse coral and steal the poo from the horses.
I really love this forum and greatly appreciate the help.

That's the problem. Four 1/8" holes is plenty. In addition, manure is a bulk substrate. It needs to be used in bulk, not small 1/2 pint amounts. BRF will go much farther in a small jar than manure. You also want to use roughly half as much water as verm, so you were dry to begin with, and then those huge holes in the lid dried it out the rest of the way. RR

Doesnt Panaeolus cyanescens have to have manure to get a decent yield?
Thanks for the info. Ive read alot of posts and Rogerrabbit has the best answers to everything. Truly a mushroom god!
